5. The Solar Plexus, Manipura – The Resplendent Gem

Manipura, the Solar Plexus Chakra.

This chakra is responsible for our character, personality, and expression. This chakras activation and balancing is or identity and how we choose to play.  Interestingly, blockages here show up in our expression with the throat chakra and our body language.  In sanskrit it is referred to as the resplendent gem.  This is where we begin to glow.

Authenticity vibrates at 400 times thta of the frequency as heart.  Being authentic has more power than we can ever imagine.  Get comfortable in your own skin!
