The third balancing center, the Throat.  Here we learn not only the value of self expression, but the power of vibration entire.  We discover that our words have power, that we can both harm and heal with our words and intent.  This is not only expresssion and communication, it is the culmination of the lower chakras combined and flowing upward to expression.
