Welcome to Meditation for the Modern Mystic a 12 Week Comprehensive Live Class
The word Meditation is like the word “Math”. It encompasses so many disciplines within it. Like math, Meditation has levels to it but begins with a solid foundation of principles. This course aims to give you that structure.
This course is the result of 6 years of research and application. I will teach you the basics in such a way that provides depth of understanding. In addition to providing terminology we will cover each one of the chakras in the energy body that include in depth descriptions of associated behaviors that will help you guage your own blockages and take action.
We will discuss the point and purpose of Mantras, Ohms and Mudras as well as the importance of positioning. We will talk about energetic healing, emotional intelligence, proprioception and breathwork. After mastering the Chakras, we will have discussions on augments and tools to assist you on this journey. We will cover the concepts of static versus dynamic meditation, plant medicine, sacred geometry, how to access and activate your third eye and more.
This is a journey of discipline and mastery with simple steps to help you build a solid foundation that you can use lifelong. Depth is acquired with first having solid roots of understanding. If you know WHY you are doing a thing, it helps you stay committed.
I include scientific data alongside of spiritual understanding so you can marry the two to get you the results you are looking for. All of the content can be combined with any spiritual or metaphysical background.
Weekly zoom meetings, follow up worksheets for depth of understanding and classes are recorded for your further review.
