Spiritual Development — 4-Week Mentorship

I

Spiritual sensitivity becomes easier to understand and trust when it is supported by practice. Spiritual Development is a focused four-week mentorship for exploring your intuitive abilities, building a personal spiritual discipline, and learning how to work with energy without becoming overwhelmed by it.

Across four private 60-minute Zoom sessions, we identify what you are already experiencing and build from there. Your mentorship may include empath awareness and energetic boundaries, working with the clairs, Tarot foundations, meditation, ritual, aura-cleansing practices, sacred sound, or methods for distinguishing intuition from anxiety, imagination, and emotional absorption.

This is not a generic curriculum or a race to collect spiritual tools. The work is tailored to your experience, questions, natural strengths, and the areas in which you need greater understanding or discipline. We focus on practices you can actually integrate into your life, including why they work, when to use them, and how to evaluate what you perceive.

Your four-week mentorship includes:

• Four private 60-minute online sessions
• An assessment of your current abilities, practices, and questions
• Personalized instruction, exercises, and spiritual practices
• Between-session observations or assignments
• A closing review with recommendations for continued development

This mentorship is appropriate for sensitive or intuitive people who want a stronger foundation, emerging practitioners who need structure and discernment, or anyone ready to develop a spiritual practice that feels personal, grounded, and sustainable.

This is mentorship and education rather than therapy, psychic prediction, or professional certification. Sessions are held on Zoom, and the first appointment is selected at purchase. We will arrange the remaining three sessions together.
