Muladhara: The Root Chakra
Our Root and Bedrock, The Mighty “I Am”
After first understanding our filtration process, this process leads us immeditately to the I Am, presence, beingness. There is no other work to do than this. Historically, most people quit at this point when “life” gets in the way or we find that we don’t have the bandwith for a deep dive. If you stop here, with this lesson, you will have all that you need to enjoy a successful meditative practice.
Filter all things through the Heart and sit in The Mighty I Am. I call it “the mighty I am” because if all you do is discover the power of your beingness, that is enough. I encourage you to commit. Commit to yourself and give yourself this gift of understanding and discoverying your Self. Know thyself!
There is beauty in the simplicity of the I Am. Take your time to explore here and start again as many times as you need to. Second only to Heart, the Anahata, Work in the Root is the most important work you can do. Although the “Holy Grail” is the Third Eye, all things begin and end with our human experience. Trust yourself, implicity. This is personal power. Trust yourself and commit.
